OUTINGS Recent Photo group field trips include: a night Shoot, The Dunes Art Gallery, a scavenger hunt and a professional photography studio tour. CHALLENGES Always an interesting element to our club format is "The Monthly Photo Challenge". Each month we pose a challenge to our group to shoot a particular topic and show their shots at the following meeting. Some of the recent photo challenges involve: Sea Shells, Lupins, Harvest,Trees and Communication. UPCOMING EVENTS AND SHOOTS January Challenge This should challenge your creativity. Our challenge is the letter "A". Not shooting something that begins with the letter "A" (such as an acorn or an apple), but the actual letter. This will prove to be "A" lot of fun indeed. Haa. We are a funny group indeed. =) January Outing Tentativly booked for Saturday, January 17, we will gather at our usual meeting place to play with studio lighting. Peter Zac will be our fearless leader and show us all we need to know about studio lighting, light boxes and working with shadows - then we get to give it a try ourselves. So, bring your camera and one interesting item to shoot.
